Why is the wire harness plug for the front passenger door of my 1993 Honda Accord different than the rear door? The back doors are the same but front passenger plug is totally diff. I was under the impression these were interchangeable parts and years?

Brandy Schaffels, Editor at AskPatty.com, Inc. Whether parts can be interchanged among different years depends on the generation of the vehicle, and when the new models were introduced.

According to Wikipedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Accord the Honda Accord changed from the fourth-generation model to the fifth-generation model in 1993, which means that it should be able to switch parts with the models within the three years prior, but would not be as likely to share parts with models built after 1993.
