I have a 04 Hyundai Elantra that squeals when turning the wheel when parked have replaced pump still doesn't it has anybody experienced this before

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Helaine Kurot, Owner/Technician at 360 Automotive When the steering wheel is turned, the power steering pump puts more of a load on the accessory belt. The squeal could be from the belt itself, a defective power steering pump, or another pulley that is wearing out. A reputable shop should be able to properly diagnose and repair this concern.
