They changed the starter on my Dodge Neon now it wont start. They found mouse droppings inside the motor and they are trying to fix the wires. Is it a write off or can it be fixed?

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Maryann Croce, Owner at Croce’s Transmission Specialists Hi Meegan, On your 03 Neon: Mice tend to like the coating on wires. This is common when a vehicle sits for a while. After your vehicle is fixed, try some rodent deterrent ideas (online) so it doesn't happen again. Good Luck
