I have a 92 Honda Accord I just bought for 300 dollars. the person said it needed work. It starts fine and drive and goes into reverse drive all around. Until it reaches operational temp. At which point the tranny loses all power and wont move anywhere. Car continues to run. Motor is sound.

Maryann Croce, Owner at Croce’s Transmission Specialists Hi Tabby, In regards to your 92 Honda Accord, this sounds that it could be transmission related even though the car continues to run. There could be a clog in the filter that when the vehicle reaches at operational temperature the transmission will lose all power. Thanks You can find an AskPatty Certified Repair shop at this link: http://www.askpatty.com/search/?type=all&m=30&q=&keyword= They can help you diagnose and repair the problem.
