My Jaguar S-Type engine light was lit on the dashboard of. the car is overdue for NYS inspection. my mechanic analyzed it and found the oxygen sensor need to be replaced. he replaced it, engine light went off. NOW THE PROBLEM: replacing the sensor seemed to create a need to boot up the computer; mechanic asked me to drive around town and on highway for at least 50 miles. so far i have driven over 75 miles and the computer still has two codes which will not boot the computer to a point where it will pass inspection. SO, can you give some advise please?
