I do believe that your dash light fuse is #36, however if it is blown there is a reason, so you will have to fix the root cause so that this doesnt happen soon after the fuse is replaced. You may have a shorted or open wire in the harness, so you might want to consider obtaining a wiring diagram if further diagnostics is needed

The bulb behind the cluster probably needs to be replaced. The cluster would need to be removed to get to it.
