I brought my 2001 Chevrolet Tracker in for repair. I specifically said I am having problems with my breaks and I hear a noise in the front end. I was informed that my rear break line had broken, they would repair the line and bleed the breaks. The work was done and I picked up my car. Within 2 mile my car started to feel shaky. I called the repair shop and they said to bring it back in. After visiting with my grandma for about an hour I head back to the repair shop. Two blocks from my grandmothers the front driver side wheel came off. The repair shop immediately sent a tow truck, said they had a loaner I could borrow and they would have to take care of the issue on Monday as they were closing for the day. After finding a ride for myself and two young neices, when I get back to the repair shop they informed me that they never removed that tire to bleed the breaks and that it isn't their issue. I believe I had the tires rotated about 3 weeks ago during an oil change so they are telling me to go back to that repair shop. I just can't get my head around the fact that I would loose 5 lug nuts within 2 miles of leaving their shop for something that was possibly done 3 weeks ago. I would love your feedback and thoughts on this. Thank you!
