Although I have sufficient transmission fluid in my 2009 Toyota Camry, I inadvertently put some windshield washer fluid into the same hole where the transmission fluid belongs. Will this affect the running of my vehicle?
Yes!!! This can cause excessive foaming in your transmission, I suggest you have it towed to a trusted mechanic and have a transmission flush performed as soon as possible. Do Not Drive the Vehicle!

If you had sufficient transmission fluid, why were you putting more fluid in? Too much fluid is never a good thing.
How much windshield washer fluid did you add?
Sound like you best TOW your Camry to a shop and have them flush out the transmission fluid & refill it.

Yes, it can. I do not know how much washer fluid you put in, but if was significant, I would drain you transmission and refill it. It takes about 2.5 quarts, so this should give you some idea what percentage of washer fluid you put in.

It may, I would recommend replacing the transmission fluid.
