Maryann Croce, Owner at Croce’s Transmission Specialists Hi Erica, Simplest test is have someone check your brake lights while you are in the vehicle applying the brakes. If your brake lights are out, your vehicle will not shift out of park. Your vehicle may need a new brake light switch. Good Luck!
