Patty - my daughter who lives in Los Angeles is considering the purchase of a new Subaru Outback. She says she prefers the feel of the 4 cylinder engine versus the 3.6 6 cylinder. I noticed the 4 cyl comes with the CVT transmission while the 6 cyl has a 5 speed automatic. She has two children, 4 and 7 years old. She drives all over the area going to auditions. The 6 cyl also comes with larger brakes. She seems set on the 4, I am inclined to recommend the 6. What would be your suggestion.
