My 2000 Dodge Neon has water pouring from the bottom right side. I just changed the water pump, because thought it was the problem, but water still pours out from the bottom.

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Amanda J. Pierce, MBA Hopkins, Ensure that indeed you have coolant leaking, and not condensation from the air conditioner running. Make sure that you inspect all your coolant hoses and radiator. You may need to run a coolant pressure test as well to have more of a sure indication of the leak source. .

Gail Dunn, Owner at Women's Automotive Connection I cannot tell from your question whether you personally changed the water pump or had it done at a shop. If the latter, take it back to them and let them know that they did not fix the problem. If the shop road tested the car, they should have known it was still leaking. If it is a bad water pump they installed, they should redo everything for free under their warranty.
