Recently my 2001 Toyota Celica has become hard to crank, it act's like it's not getting enough fuel, or maybe it's flooding. Any idea where to start looking?

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Gelina Aquilina, Service Advisor / Mechanic at Have the fuel pressure checked if you think it's starving for fuel. Or maybe the battery, have the charging system checked.

Helaine Kurot, Owner/Technician at 360 Automotive Start with checking the battery. You may want to pull a spark plug out and see what it looks like. If it is black and smells of fuel, then you may be looking at an issue with the ignition system or leaking fuel injectors.
