You may be experiencing issues with your catalytic converter. Over time this can become clogged and you exhaust can filter in the cab I recommend you have this inspected. Cost of tune up will vary with service and labor cost.

I don't know how much a tune up would be but my suggestion is to shop around. As for fumes in car if you add extra gas to make it an even amount it's messing with the emissions system.

Replacing spark plugs on your vehicle should only take between 30 minutes to an hour, give or take an additional 30 minutes to an hour for the rest of the tune up items, plus parts & tax. It would depend on what your shop charges hourly & what their parts mark up is. Smelling fuel is a safety concern & could mean many different issues. I would take it in ASAP.

It should be around an hour's labor - this will vary by the shop. If it has individual coils on the spark plug, then parts wise you should just need spark plugs (unless there are other issues present). If it has wires, they may need to be replaced when doing the plugs. The cost of wires will vary depending on where the shop gets its parts from. You should be in the 150-350 range depending on the shop and what is needed.
As far as the gas smell from the heat, get this checked out by a repair shop.
