If your handy you can buy a taillight assembly at a parts store or take it to a body shop and they can do that and repair the bumper at the same time.

Take the car to a good body shop. If it is just the bumper and a taillight, it shouldn't be too expensive to repair. However, there may be damage under the bumper that you cannot see until the cover is removed.
