I just bought a Suzuki Reno and not even a week later problems started occurring. As it turns out they had the wrong spark plugs and wires in there causing severe misfires and a check engine light with multiple codes. It took so long for them to address the issue that i finally had to get it fixed, and the warranty they sold me for 1380 that covered none of that. So the question is what actions can i take to either get reimbursed or to let others know of their cruddy business ethic?

This will reduce your loan balance, not your payments but if it is not adequate it will not be money wasted. Check with Chrysler to see what ext. warranties they offer on thier vehicles. Next if the dealership does not respond to your request for a refund, contact your local BBB and file a complaint. Third check you state to see if they have a Lemon Law on the books that you can work with to resolve your issues. Be careful about posting negative things on the internet because you have libel issues, but you can tell exactly what happened to you and the dealers response so your friends and contacts will know to be wary of this store.
