I have seen all the different colors of oils. I am leaking or burning the engine oil. I don't see it on the ground or the manifold or any where. But every 3 months I have to put oil in the car. I have taken it to 3 diferent mechanics and they said they don't know. Please tell me where is my oil going?
You may have excessive "blow-by", this term is in relation to oil slipping past your piston rings. This can cause oil to burn off improperly causing you to re-fill with no external indications of a leak.

If there are no external leaks, I would start with checking the PCV (usually found on the valve cover with a vacuum line to the intake). If you shake it and it does not rattle, or you can blow air straight through it, it needs to be replaced.
If the pcv is good, there is the possiblity of the engine burning oil. This can be checked by a good tech using a compression guage and/or a cylinder leak down tester.
