I use similar products. It is not a bad idea to have the fluids checked this way as it does give you a starting point to determine if fluid replacement is beneficial.

The choice is yours. What are they using it for? If it is to help them evaluate a problem then yes otherwise there is no need to use it.

Fluid RX Sampling is a test kit to test the fluids in your vehicle to see what condition they are in and if they need changing.
If they want to do it for free.... you will just be getting information. If they want to charge you money, then you have to decide whether you want/need this information.

Yes, I recommend you have the sampling, you can have an assessment of the condition on whether you need to replace. Typically you replace between 90k-120k depending on the primary driving conditions.
