Your owners manual should tell you which fuse controls that circuit. If you are having an issue with those systems, I would suggest taking it back to the dealer for warranty repair. Any tampering with the system may void your warranty.

The fuse panel cover has a map of all the fuses and what size fuse they need

If you locate the fuse panel in the front drivers compartment you should have a diagram of the fuse to tell you what slot your fuse is. Your vehicle may be under warranty for the issue your having, give your local kia dealership a call. Hope this helps! Thank you for writing AskPatty.
