While your hood is raised, the top left panel has (2) "tangs" to pull back and flip down the panel to remove filter.

I think this years Chrysler 200 the cabin air filter is up around the glove box.
If it is, I hope you are a small guy as it's a tight fit to get at.
Pull back carpet on passenger side foot well.
Remove white styrofoam computer protector.
Remove cardboard cover (remove two screws) from bottom of glove box.
On Left side see a slot with plastic cover and two sliding latches?
Open and remove and replace filter.

It is located behind the glove box. Open the glove box and in the back should be a panel that you can remove. The cabin air filter is in there.

If equipped, It should be under the windshield cowel.
