purchased new Mercury Sable 2003, only driver. I have 2 problems. (1) started dripping oil, from under the hood, I had to put oil x2 since the last oil change, as it is now dripping more oil. It does not burn oil, no smoking etc. (2) problem with the interior lights doom light, door lights, all the windows up/down. this is (intermitten) it seems to happen when it is damp are raining, also at other times, then suddenly it starts working again

Amanda J. Pierce, MBA Mary, (1) You may need to have your valve cover gaskets and/or oil pan gaskets replaced. You more than likely have an external leak that is visable where you park. Typically this is a leak that runs down the back side of your engine. (2) You may have an electrical short in the harness, or chaffed wire that may act erratic in damp conditions, and normal when it dries out.
