We are interested in the Honda Fit and are wondering what your professional opinion is of the car. We'd be buying the base model, manual transmission. Thank you!

Automotive Expert Answers:
The Honda Fit did get the #1 rating for best small car by U.S.News. The real question is does it fit the needs of you and your family? If you will be doing a lot of city "stop and go" driving you might consider getting an automatic transmission. A manual transmission is better for highway driving.
Good luck on your purchase!
