If you are experiencing vibration issues after replacement of motor mounts, you may need to have your tires inspected. With limited information, I am not sure if you are feeling vibration only at idle or highway speeds.

In addition to the Front/Rear Engine Mounts there is also an Engine Mount on the Drivers Side and a Transmission Mount on the Passenger Side that COULD be the cause of the vibration.
Another cause of vibration while under acceleration is a bad inner tulip joint on one of your front axle shafts, that makes the front end feel like it’s going left/right while accelerating.
