I have a 2003 Saturn Ion and my blinkers only on the inside does not tick anymore, but do tick on the outside. When my keys are in the ignition and I open the door it does not beep to let me know I have left my keys in the ignition, or if I have left my lights on? Is it a electrical issue going on? I have checked my fuses and they are OK? I would like to know if this is where I can find an answer? If not, please advice me to the correct website to find this answer?
Hello Pattie- there is more than 1 fuse box on most newer cars- make sure you find all of them & check all the fuses- if all the fuses are in working order there maybe an open circuit or other electrical problem- websites such as alldata - mitchell online require a subscription fee - thanks Super Girls Auto

This does sound like an electrical issue. Unfortunately, without an electrical schematic, this can be difficult to diagnose. I would have to recommend going to a qualified technician that is able to find a schematic for the exact vehicle and also able to follow a diagnostic chart to find the problem.
