After reviewing some recent inquires about this year and model, I find the issue IF it is the transmission a costly fix...ugh!
Do yourself a favor and go into the ASKPATTY.COM site and put your zip code in and find a Certified Dealer in your area! They will direct you on the right path:1.the correct diagnoises
2.the cost of fixing
3.weight the decision to fix or get rid of the car~ FAST$$$

I suggest that you check out Ask Pattys list of female friendly shops. If you can*t find one in your area, the best thing to do is to ask your friends, neighbors and coworkers who they trust. If you find more than one shop in your area with a good reputation, it never hurts compare prices.
