I live in the Mpls. area and I would like to know if there is a basic car maintenance course you would recommend for my 17 year old daughter (a new driver) and I?

Barb Petrey, President - DBK Enterprises Inc at Jiffy Lube Ask AAA or check with a community college

Laurie Sarno, Co-Owner at Super Girls Auto Community colleges here (Denver) offer basic automotive classes for vehicle owners, and some are specifically intended for women. I would think such classes are available at community colleges in most large cities, and Minneapolis/St Paul definitely qualifies. Hope this helps Super Girls Auto
