We cannot get the dealer to mail the title to our grandson who is away in college. We bought the car (an Acura) from Castle Used Cars on Rt. 13 in New Castle, DE around the XMas Holiday. My grandson's name is Brandon Bachman and is at the Univ. of Central Florida. It is April and he still does not have the title or the car registered etc. Still getting temp tags from the dealer when we yell. What can we do? Help! Thank you.

WOW...that IS a long time. It sounds like the dealer does not have the title, and this is never a good situation. Things sometimes happen, like honest errors that can be rectified, but they would never take over 4 months to so do. I*d hate to say it but it might be a good time to let the dealer know that you are contacting the Better Business Bureau and/or Consumer Affairs if this is not rectified in one week. After that week...follow through on your promise if you don*t have the title in your hands.
