In the state of Florida, does the consumer of a new or used car legally have three days of any binding contract to return a car they are not happy with?

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Patty Streeter, at AskPatty.com Unfortunately, there is no cooling off period for car sales in the Florida. Unless anything above applies to your situation - you are under the purchase contract. The right to return the car in a few days for a refund exists only if the dealer grants this privilege to buyers. - it may be described as a "cooling-off" period, a money-back guarantee or a "no questions asked" return policy.
