I have a 2005 LaCrosse with a rattle somewhere in the mid-dashboard area. I have removed the dashboard on other vehicles but I cannot seem to find the logical place to start with the LaCrosse. Any guidance you can provide is appreciated.
You can check a service manual for the proper procedure to remove the dash, there often are access screws on the underside of the dash as well as the sides that can be removed.

Review the service manual, all dashes are different, depending on the make. Contact your local dealer, they may let you review the manual.

Car manufacturer's have gotten good at hiding all the nuts and bolts, especially on the interior. A lot of times, starting points are underneath the dash. If you are taking it apart yourself, be careful to remember what nut and bolt goes where. Good luck.
