My step mom works at a salvage yard and when cars come in, employees siphon out the gas, filter it, and take it home. My dad and step mom use the gas and say it is perfectly fine. I am very skeptical on putting the gas in my car...is this gas okay to use?

Suzanne Grego, Technician at City of Philadelphia Fleet Management Lane, I would be a little skeptical about this gas also. Although I'm sure it saves a lot of money now, if there is something bad in one of the tanks, it will not always be filtered out and could end up being a very costly repair in the long run for whoever used it.
