Hi Patty, I routinely take my vehicle to a certified dealer that displays your logo. I took my vehicle in on last week with a complaint of hesitation upon acceleration when driving the vehicle. The service advisor called me back and gave me a long list of repairs, that she said the technician told her would correct the problem. I authorized the work, for a total price of 1189.00. Today 3/11/08, not even a week later I take the vehicle in again, because I am experiencing the same problem, just worst this time!! I go back to the dealership, another technician drives the vehicle with me, and said what I was told initially was not the problem!!! One of the services I did not need, after checking the vehicle I am told I need a new transmission for 2,300.00. !!! They refunded me for the service I did not need;however I feel like the problem should have been addressed correctly initially. They offered to discount the labor and have me pay the full 2,300.00 for the transmission. I don't feel this is a fair deal...I took the car to them in good faith of their knowledge, service and expertise. I am lucky the car did not stall on me!! I am waiting to hear from the GM on 3/12/08. Do you have any suggestions for a remedy to this ?? Please advise..
