Hello, I wanted to know how much a repair should cost for a EVAP purge vacuum line to canister leaking or disconnected. An approximate cost. Thank you.

Lori Johnson, Owner and Instructor at Ladies Start Your Engines Dear Odette, I'm not sure what year your vehicle is, but for a 2003 SE it only lists a half hour of labor to replace the purge canister. The canister itself is around $100. I can't find a price for just replacing a vacuum line. If you feel they are charging you too much, call around and get another quote. This should give you an idea if what they're asking is too much. Lori Johnson www.ladiesstartyourengines.net
