There should be a fuse box that they're calling the integrated power module. It's located on the left front of the engine compartment. There are only 2 fuses inside, a 40 amp and a 20 amp.
Reading the diagnostics for this problem however, it sounds like you may have to take it to the dealership to have it looked at. They have a special tool to check the locks and sometimes a short to the electrical system or a bad motor can cause this problem.
Try to find the fuse box first, then seek out a technician.
