Lori Johnson, Owner and Instructor at Ladies Start Your Engines Dear Andrea, I would say that they are responsible. Do you have work orders showing that you went back in to have the hoses looked at? I would ask to speak to the service manager. If you don't get anywhere with them, then contact the manufacturer and explain the situation. The fact that they had just looked at the hose should be an obvious sign that something was overlooked. Good luck. Lori Johnson
