Suzanne Grego, Technician at City of Philadelphia Fleet Management Cynthia, You mentioned that you replaced your brake pads, but did you get the rotors cut or replaced? Take a quarter and hold it between your thumb and forefinger. Your fingers represent the pads and the quarter is the rotor. The rotor spins with your tires at the same speed. When you push your brake pedal, your brake pads close on the rotor, causing it to slow down and eventually stop. Now, if the rotor (quarter) is warped or out of round, you are going to feel the vibration either in your brake pedal, your steering wheel, or sometimes both. I would suggest taking your vehicle to your technician and asking them to check your rotors for warpage. It
