You would need to find out the labor time that the shop is charging. This job typically takes about an hour.
As for the part, if it's painted then you may have to get it from the dealership, or buy it and have it painted. This would vary the cost.
An after market mirror could be anywhere from $40-$80 just for the part, and will not be painted.
I would recommend that you call around and find your best deal.
