I recently purchsed a new vehichle from one of ur certified dealerships. Universal Nissan. The man I went to do the finance with conviently forgot to tell me that my new car already comes with a 3year and a 5 year warranty. He showed me a flash card type thing that said I had only a one year warranty. And I had to purchase the extended warranty to have coverage for my car. I am very upset about being lied to.
