Volvo 2007 C70 2-door Conv Car Safety Question:

Why is the NO factory available spare tire on this 2007 Volvo C70? It came with an apparatus that 'repairs' a small puncture in your tire but does not repair bigger punctures. I almost had a freeway accident when one of the tires blew. It is only driven 5,000 miles! When I would repair the 'flat', there is no spare! Scary. Especially if this happened in a remote area in the middle of the night. Do other comparable convertibles (size wise) NOT COME WITH A SPARE TIRE because of small space in the trunk??? Is there are a law that all cars should have a spare? Please advice.

Jeanne Peek, eBusiness Director at United Auto Group If you want an optional compact spare tire can get one in place of the goo-and-pump system. It is called a Tempa Spare Wheel and is available from your Volvo dealership, contact the parts department to order one.
