How do you go about certifying dealerships for your program? My wife wanted to know.

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Breanne Boyle, Contributing Editor at AskPatty.com Ken, Thanks for asking! Our dealers must go through a 12-month training program in order to be certified. The training was created by MaddoxSmye LLC, who are one of the top corporate trainers available (they have trained Nissan, Mitsubishi, and GM). Their Ask Patty Female Friendly program includes a book as well as follow up testing. Trainees must pass the test to become certified. After this, there are follow up modules that each trainee receives and completes for the 12 month period. We hold each of our dealers to a high level of integrity and take any feedback seriously. Our program is there to help dealers understand how women want to be treated and how to help each dealership be more successful with their women customers. I hope this answers yous question. Please let me know if you would like more information.
