I*am in the market for the Toyota Pirus, what I need to know is what is the cost of car repairs for this model are they about the same or higher when ever you have to take it in to the dealer say just for normal maintance or replacement parts. Thank you, Lee Udell

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Lori Johnson, Owner and Instructor at Ladies Start Your Engines Dear Lee, Taking your Prius in for service should not cost you any more than you would normally pay for service. Ask your dealership for a price list of their services and make sure that you maintain your vehicle according to your manufacturer's recommendations. You should be able to find this schedule in your owner's manual. I'm a big fan of Toyota, I've been driving a truck for 19 years now. Good luck on your search. Lori Johnson
