Is there a way to find out the entry code on the door of my used Expedition I purchased without going to a dealer?

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Amy Mattinat, Owner and Author at Auto Craftsmen Ltd Hi Lori, No there is no way that I know of for you to find out your entry code without going to a dealer. The main reason for this is to protect the vehicle from theft. You will need to bring proof of ownership with you to get this code from the dealer. Best of Luck, Amy Mattinat

Patty Streeter, at AskPatty.com Lori, You might try the last 4 or 5 digits of the vehicle identification number (VIN), which should be on your registration or receipt of purchase. If this does not work then the dealer is the only remaining option.
