Hi My hand brake light stays on, even when I release the hand brake. The car drives fine, not like the brake is on. It*s a Toyota Camry from 2000. Should I take the car to a mechanic or ignore it? Thank you! Marcella

Patty Streeter, at AskPatty.com Might be low on brake fluid or the parking brake switch might be is bad. Suggest you take it to an authorized Toyota dealership for a complete diagnosis.
