Hi, I have to get new tires for my Buick Rendezvous (2003). I live in Washington, D.C....not much winter - but some. Plus I drive to upstate NY and plan on seeing snow on the road between here and there. Some say Cooper - some say Yokohama (sp). I am confused...don't know which are best. Please help

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Lori Johnson, Owner and Instructor at Ladies Start Your Engines Dear Nancy, I would suggest that you check out www.tirerack.com. There you can put your vehicle in and see which tires they recommend, even though you aren't buying from them. They also have some good tire information. The other thing you could do is talk to Buick and see what's recommended for the Rendezvous. Lori

Patty Streeter, at AskPatty.com Nancy, I would recommend Tirerack.com because of all of the info they provide. Check out our expert's suggestion below and then go to http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tiretech/tiretech.jsp for more detailed articles on sizing and tire maintenance.
