My mechanic says it could just be condensation... but you want to have it checked out by a trained professional to make sure it's nothing bad.

This may indicate coolant leaking into the engine oil. May be a blown head gasket, this indicats a potential serious engine problem. Take your vehicle in for a complete diagnosis to an ASE certifed technician or your make and model authorized dealership.
