After checking the fuses I do not think it would be good to go any futher on your own, I recommend getting an electrical diagnosis done at this point.

Make sure to check your owners manual for all possible fuses for that circuit, there may be more than one. If you have already done that and everything looks good, then most likely you need a new turn signal switch. The flashers and the blinkers usually work off the same circuit so replacing the switch will fix them both. Make sure you have a technician thoroughly check the wiring system before the repair is made.
