Some things that can drain a battery if there are problems are, a security system, lights staying on..inside door, dome or trunk light. The best thing to do is to take your vehicle in and a have a technician do a battery voltage drop test to see how bad the drain is, then search for the problem. You really need to use a meter to figure out this problem. Did your problem start after replacing the battery, alternator or starter? If so, I'd check there first.
