has there been any good reviews of audi's a3 cars? any feedback as to whether it is a good family (i've a toddler), sports (i am a triathlete, marathoner) and city car (i will likely be commuting from nj where i will live to manhattan where i work). TIA!
The Audi brand is considered reliable and very comfortable, but pricey. From a personal standpoint, a girlfriend of mine bought an Audi A4 Quattro sedan and she LOVES it. It gets decent gas mileage (though the regular non-Quattro gets better), is safe on the road and handles well.
The A3 is adifferent because it is a wagon and offers more options for space and storage. You can check out consumer reviews and pricing guidelines here:
Because it is a wagon, there is space for a young family that doesn't want to invest in a large SUV, and because it has that space, you can also haul more sports equipment than a lot of sedan options. I think it's an all around good idea. If you want to do some side-by-side comparisons before you buy, try going to Edmunds.com.
Make sure you test drive every car you are interested in. You may find one is more comfortable to drive than others.
